For the past 5 years, she has worked within the Issaquah School District providing individual therapy to kids. She is deeply committed to helping people gain insight, build resilience, and develop practical tools that empower them to live with greater balance, confidence, and fulfillment.
Jessica works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, life transitions, personal growth concerns, chronic illness, and other disabilities.
Nikki Panos-Lavi, MSW, LSWAIC
Licensed Social Worker Associate — Independent Clinical
Nikki Panos-Lavi is a passionate child advocate with nearly twenty years of experience empowering families to overcome some of life's greatest challenges through the development of resilience, using targeted coping strategies that support growth and fulfillment through insight.
Nikki works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, Autism, ADHD, trauma, behavioral issues, challenged self-esteem, and life transitions. For the past 6 years, she has experience woking within the Issaquah School District at the middle school level and a year providing individual therapy at the elementary level.
